Hachimaru's "Honjo Brewed Soy Sauce" and "Tsuyu Source"

Today is an introduction to Hachimaru's "Honjozo Soy Sauce" and "Tsuyu no Moto". The honjo soy sauce is very mellow and goes perfectly with the "dashi soy sauce base" of Marmitsu.
The base of the soup is a versatile soy sauce with a mild sweetness. In addition to seasoning noodle soup and dishes, our recommendation is the sashimi pickled sauce. The red meat, white meat, and squid noodles are all exquisitely delicious.
